About The Opportunity
We are supporting a holding company that builds and owns
tech-enabled services businesses
serving SMB and mid-market clients, primarily in North America. The model is not product-led and not freelance-based. Each business is incubated with capital, structure, and hands-on support, and led by a single accountable founder.
This role is suited to experienced operators who want to
build, lead, and eventually exit
a services business with meaningful long-term ownership.
Role Overview
The Founder will be responsible for building and scaling a tech services business from early stage through maturity. This includes shaping the service offering, leading delivery, supporting pre-sales, hiring and managing teams, and operating with strong financial discipline.
