Your mission

We're moving fast upmarket, but every enterprise deal eventually runs into the same wall: a 200-question security questionnaire, an MSA redline marathon, or a DPA negotiation that can quietly cost us weeks. As Founders Associate – Deal Operations & Legal, you turn that wall into a smooth path. You are our contract-to-close motion. You own HubSpot operations and reporting, sharpen our legal playbook, and build the compliance backbone (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) that our customers and auditors expect.
