This role is suited to someone who wants responsibility, exposure, and the opportunity to grow quickly into a senior role as the business scales.
The Role
As Founder's Associate, you will work directly alongside the founder across operations, HR, marketing, and sales. You will be involved in both day-to-day execution and higher-level initiatives, with increasing responsibility over time.
This role requires sound judgement, ownership, and the ability to operate independently while staying aligned with broader business goals.
