Founder's Associate

PLAI is an early-stage, AI-powered creative startup working at the intersection of events, media production, and emerging technology. We're building AI-driven experiences, creative content, and experimental formats that blend culture, tech, and storytelling.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder, helping turn ideas into execution. This is not an admin role—you'll be exposed to strategy, operations, events, media, and real decision-making in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you'll do:

Founder Support & Execution

• Translate ideas, notes, and voice messages into action plans, decks, and clear next steps
• Follow through to make sure things actually get done

Events & On-Ground Support

• Help plan and execute events and activations
• Coordinate with suppliers, venues, creatives, and production teams
• Be on-site when needed and solve problems in real time
