Your Role

Join a fast-moving AI startup in Zürich as a Founder’s Associate — a high-responsibility, hands‑on role working directly with the founders. You’ll be a generalist problem‑solver, helping us scale product, sales, and operations while getting an inside view of company‑building.

What you’ll do

• Drive go‑to‑market projects and help bring our software to customers
• Research, apply for, and secure grants and other non‑dilutive funding
• Run market research and deep dives to guide product and strategy
• Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new hires
• Jump into whatever challenge moves the company forward

This role is for you if

• You have a semi‑technical background or strong intuition for AI and software
