Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end finance function including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and business reports
Drive investor relations by managing regular communication with existing investors
Lead outreach and engagement with potential investors to support fundraising efforts
Manage all secretarial and legal compliances
Prepare business plans, financial models, and investor presentation decks
Lead cross-functional strategic and special projects as required
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor mapping to support business strategy
