Founding Commercial Manager

As Fluxion's first commercial hire, you'll embed with design partners like a strategic consultant: build financial models alongside CFOs and FP&A teams, prove value through rigorous analysis, and turn wins into referenceable customers that unlock the next wave of growth.

This combines strategic advisory with sales execution. You'll build pipeline, close enterprise deals, and embed with customers to prove value while shaping Fluxion's growth strategy and international expansion beyond the Nordics.

This role lives at the intersection of business acumen, financial modelling mastery, and client hands. If you bring all three, you'll have unusual leverage to shape how Fluxion scales from design partners to market leader.
