Job Description

A new marketplace startup in the UAE is seeking a Customer Support Lead to define and manage support quality and performance. In this high-ownership role, you will build scalable operations, design workflows, and establish QA programs. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service leadership within high transaction environments, be empathetic, and possess a process-driven mindset. Arabic language skills and familiarity with the UAE market are preferred. Competitive compensation of AED 2K-4K/month is offered.
