Founding engineer (erp & ai systems)

We are seeking a Founding Technical Co-Founder (ERP & AI Infrastructure) to help build i Zwily, an AI-native operating system for publishing, intellectual property, and rights-based commerce.

This role sits at the core of Startup Picnic Venture Studio’s build‑out of infrastructure software for real‑world publishing and distribution operations. You will help design and ship the foundational systems that power orders, fulfilment, invoicing, royalties, reconciliation, and AI‑assisted workflows.

Success in this role means moving from real operational complexity into working software used by live publishing and distribution workflows, not just prototypes. You will be building inside an existing ecosystem with immediate deployment opportunities and active users.
