Founding Marketer

Overview of the role

Our client is looking for a Founding Marketing hire who thrives in early-stage environments and wants real ownership of execution and outcomes. This is not a Head of Marketing role. You'll be doing the work - writing, posting, testing, measuring, and iterating - with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, social distribution, and SEO. You'll work remotely and autonomously, directly with the two founders, and be accountable for driving pipeline, conversions, and early MRR.

What You'll Do

Growth, Social & Distribution

• Own day-to-day growth execution focused on pipeline and revenue.
• Lead LinkedIn and social growth, including:
• Creating and publishing short-form content for company and founder accounts.
• Amplifying founder voices and thought leadership.
• Testing narratives, hooks, formats, and positioning.
• Driving consistent engagement and audience growth.
