Founding Quant Researcher — On-Chain Prop Trading

REALM is seeking a Founding Quant Researcher for their on-chain prop trading firm. This position is pivotal as you will build the research function from the ground up, hiring and scaling the team as the firm grows.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mathematical background and deep knowledge of derivatives, alongside robust Python skills. Familiarity with Crypto or DeFi is a significant advantage. The role is remote-friendly, with potential visits to the London office.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 base, plus equity.
