(CTO Pathway – Asia Development Division)

Location: Remote (Cebu / Philippines preferred) → Cebu Office (future)
Engagement: Initial contract → long-term role
Compensation: ₱80,000 – ₱120,000 per month (PHP)
Equity: Earned over time via performance-based vesting milestones

Momentum Health + Fitness is a fast-growing Australian-based health, fitness, and technology group. What began as a premium gym and wellness brand has expanded into a broader ecosystem including internal dashboards, automation tools, member platforms, and AI-driven operational software.

We are now building a dedicated Asia-based development division, with Cebu as our long-term base, to support internal products and future commercial software offerings.

This role is designed for a high-potential engineer who wants to grow into technical leadership and ownership, not just complete tasks.
