As a founding team member, you aren’t just running processes; you are building the foundation of a category-defining platform. You will have deep ownership of the operations process, from solving key day-to-day roadblocks to setting up the right processes that are built for scale, helping us navigate the ‘zero-to-one‘ journey and scale an experience that solves real-world needs for parents.
The Role
