Foundry Assistant Manager Manufacture

Job Description

-Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling foundry operations, including melting, molding, core making, pouring, heat treatment, and finishing processes.
-Ensure castings process meet quality, dimensional, and metallurgical requirements according to specifications and standards.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery in coordination with PPIC and production teams.
- Supervise foundry staff, including shift allocation, work instructions, performance monitoring, and skill development.
- Support implementation and compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) regulations in the foundry area.
- Assist in analyzing casting defects (e.g., porosity, shrinkage, misruns) and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve yield and reduce scrap.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve production and quality issues.
