Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy: Lead The Companys corporate FP&A department, collaborating directly with the CEO and COO on budgeting, forecasting, long-term capital planning, and financial strategy. Financial Visibility: Own management accounts, cash flow reporting, and comprehensive financial transparency across all operating entities, specialized project SPVs, and the expanding solar portfolio. Reporting Infrastructure: Build and scale robust financial reporting systems and internal dashboards to track key project finance metrics, SPV cash waterfalls, and lender covenants such as DSCR and LTV ratios. Investor Relations Support: Generate board, management, and investor reporting materials, which includes providing comprehensive data room support for ongoing fundraising efforts.
