Job Description
**JOB PURPOSE:**
The FP&A Specialist is responsible for supporting the company´s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure financial discipline across the organization
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Business Partnering**
+ Oversee all financial aspects of LATAM finance performance including current and future performance, identification and realisation of opportunities and risks.
+ Support the FP&A Director and the CFO in formulating and executing on strategy across the countries within the region to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
+ Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information.
