Job Overview

TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience solutions, and we are seeking an FP&A Enabler to support the organization with financial budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecast.
• Prepare, report and provide insights on financial performance to management.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
• Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Track and report operational metrics that impact profitability and provide visibility of financial impact.
