FP&A ANALYST

POSITION PURPOSE
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning and strategic decision-making across CCLA's real estate portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with asset management, development, and property operations teams to deliver actionable insights and performance monitoring.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts on a monthly basis.
· Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and prepare monthly performance reports, including key financial and operational KPIs.
· Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor reports, and executive dashboards.
· Analyze financial performance across funds and projects throughout the region.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
