Responsibilities:

• Use finalized GL financial statements to prepare monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis for review with department leaders.
• Lead the forecasting process — consolidating departmental inputs and aligning projections with business conditions.
• Support Finance leadership in developing the annual budget and business planning cycle.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and KPIs for performance measurement.
• Analyze revenue, cost drivers, and spending trends; identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with insights and commentary.
• Partner with business functions (Sales, Ops, HR, Engineering) for data analysis and planning.
• Support board-level reporting, fundraising analysis, or strategic initiatives as required.
