FP&A Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on FP&A Analyst to build a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast for a staffing and professional services firm.

This role is execution-focused : building a clean, structured, and well-documented Excel model that will be maintained monthly by our bookkeeper and CFO. 

Responsibilities

• Build a weekly 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  
• Model AR collections using aging and assumptions
  
• Model payroll timing for:
  • W-2 employees
    
  • 1099 and Corp-to-Corp consultants
    
  • Paid-as-Paid contractor logic
    
• Incorporate AP, recurring expenses, and annual subscriptions
  
• Build base and downside scenarios
  
• Include minimum cash threshold alerts and credit availability
