FP&A Business Partner

Role Purpose

Drive business partnering and financial insight for the Groups services, with a particular focus on revamping fee and grant management. This role will work closely with operations to influence strategy, improve financial performance, and support growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary FP&A partner for the Groups operational services. Lead the financial review and optimisation of fee and grant processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Provide actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Prepare forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial models for key service lines. Monitor revenue performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with operations to implement better cost and revenue management practices.
