Partner with business units to oversee existing product line financials and assess potential new offerings through thorough business case evaluations.

Develop and refine cost allocation methods across product categories.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning for the Product team.

Prepare executive-level materials for leadership and board meetings.

Conduct post-launch reviews of new products, analyzing performance against initial projections.
