FP&A Manager

We are growing rapidly, and are now looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team at a pivotal stage of the company's journey. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real ownership, exposure to senior decision-making, and a central role in preparing the company for its next financing round. In this role, you will work closely with our CFO Tuomas, and act as a key partner to senior management. You will help shape how the company is planned, measured, and presented to the board and investors. If you are excited about building things from scratch, owning the financial truth of a growing scale-up, and being deeply involved in fundraising, this role is for you. This is a new global role is based in Finland. You can work remotely in Finland, or choose a hybrid model by combining remote work with time at our lovely office in Espoo, Finland.
