Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision‑making. This role analyzes operational and financial performance, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to optimize profitability and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
