FP&A Manager (m/f/d) - Central Europe & Nordics

Your responsibilities

• Comprehensive Financial Operations & Process Execution: Actively participate in and manage operational finance processes across one or multiple financial disciplines, including corporate finance management, cost and expense controlling, budgeting, treasury & cash flow management, accounting coordination, and internal control activities.
• Routine Operations & Continuous Process Improvement: Take ownership of day-to-day financial operations within the assigned area of responsibility. Continuously analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive optimization initiatives to improve accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Financial Reporting & Management Support: Prepare regular financial reports, management presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for local and regional leadership teams to support business reviews and strategic planning.
