FP&A Manager, North America

Description

The purpose of this role is to support the full range of financial planning and forecasting activities of FNZ NAM LTDs finance function, including establishing, managing, and maintaining financial forecasts across the North America region.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for all North America FP&A activities and will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making. This includes management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management, with a strong focus on P&L and cashflow.
The role will report directly to the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and will work closely with other regional FP&A leads and Group FP&A colleagues. The role will partner closely with the Regional CFO and business leadership teams, requiring strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality, timely output.<...
