Fp&a reporting team lead

Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting processes. Consolidate and analyse business performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans. Prepare reporting for EXCO, Board, EBM, and Corporate stakeholders. Manage Regulatory Accounting System (RAS) and NERSA submissions, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Drive cost-saving initiatives, cash preservation, and value creation across SG&A and Capex. Deliver commercial analysis, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and business performance insights. Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) enhancements and financial reporting system improvements. Develop dashboards, management reports, and presentations for executive decision-making.
