Job Title: FP&A Senior Analyst (US)
Work Setup & Schedule:
11:00 pm to 8:00 am Manila Time; Monday to Friday
What you'll be doing:
Support asset management of a diversified portfolio of real estate investments and operating companies by conducting detailed analyses of investment performance, financial statements, and property-level operations.
Develop actionable insights and creative solutions to complex financial, operational, and strategic issues across domestic and European holdings (including several foreign currencies and tax regimes).
Execute complex financial modeling and analyses, including scenario planning, multi-variable sensitivity analyses, cash flow forecasting, and pro forma underwriting for both existing and prospective investments.
Assist with operational workflows and process buildout.
