FP&A Senior Analyst (US)

• 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Manila Time; Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:

• Support asset management of a diversified portfolio of real estate investments and operating companies by conducting detailed analyses of investment performance, financial statements, and property-level operations.
• Develop actionable insights and creative solutions to complex financial, operational, and strategic issues across domestic and European holdings (including several foreign currencies and tax regimes).
• Execute complex financial modeling and analyses, including scenario planning, multi-variable sensitivity analyses, cash flow forecasting, and pro forma underwriting for both existing and prospective investments.
