FP&A Systems Specialist in Canada

Join Clio as a Systems Specialist, FP&A, where you will enhance our EPM platform and support financial processes. Located in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto, you’ll collaborate directly with finance leaders to elevate reporting and forecasting systems.
This role requires a blend of technical skills and a customer-first mindset to ensure optimal system performance. You will manage ticket lifecycles, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training within our FP&A team. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain system health for our EPM Solution (Pigment)
• Provide timely support and troubleshoot user issues
• Manage bug resolutions and system enhancements
