Job Description


  • Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts responsible for global planning, forecasting and budgeting.

  • Coordinate key parts of global budgeting and forecasting cycles with regional and functional finance teams.

  • Oversee financial models supporting performance tracking, forecasting and strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze financial results, trends and variances, delivering clear insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports, KPIs and performance dashboards.

  • Support preparation of executive-level presentations for global finance leadership.

  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of FP&A processes within the SSC.
