FPGA Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior FPGA Architect with strong background in Defense, Aerospace, or Mission-Critical Systems . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FPGA-based system architecture, digital signal processing, high-speed communications, and hardware/software co-design for radar, tracking, SDR, EW, or missile systems.

This role requires both strong technical leadership and hands-on RTL development capability, with experience in regulated and safety-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead FPGA-based hardware/software architectures for defense systems (radar, SDR, tracking, missile systems, EW, secure communications).
• Translate system-level and mission requirements into FPGA/SoC engineering specifications.
• Drive migration strategies from legacy analog/mixed systems to SDR or fully digital architectures.
