Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end export shipments, from booking at origin to final cargo delivery

  • Promote a continuous improvement culture to achieve operational excellence

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members through training and performance management

  • Serve as the escalation point for complaints and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions

  • Ensure high-level customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the company network and with external suppliers and partners
    • Job Requirements:
  • Strong background in Airfreight Export Operations

  • 3–5 years of experience leading export operations, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding

  • Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
