OneSeven Tech is expanding its strategic AI capabilities to meet a growing pipeline of high-impact digital transformation projects. We are looking for an Operator who can bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, ensuring AI implementation drives measurable growth rather than just experimentation. This role acts as a Technical Sidecar to our CEO — partnering directly with him to lead AI transformation for non-tech, mid-market businesses and help them become AI-first organizations.

Our clients include pediatric home care companies, law firms, real estate firms, and private equity-backed businesses doing $50M or more in revenue. These are traditional organizations that need someone who can sit in front of their leadership and translate AI into real business outcomes.
