We are a content marketing and SEO production agency serving 40+ clients and 5 white-label partners. We are looking for a Fractional Client Success Manager to own proactive client communication, prevent churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
This is a commercially-minded, relationship-focused role — not reactive support. You will serve as the human face of the agency to our clients and ensure every account is informed, engaged, and heard.
Core Responsibilities:
Maintain proactive contact with all clients (minimum bi-weekly)
Monitor account health and flag at-risk clients before issues arise
Conduct retention conversations and document actions
Identify expansion opportunities and initiate conversations with CEO
Maintain agency partner relationships and escalate concerns
Communicate client feedback and requests internally
Requirements:
Near-native English fluency, written and spoken
