Fractional Marketing and Community Manager

📍 Remote (preferably Pune, India)

We’re recruiting for a Fractional Marketing & Community Manager to support Oyster Shield (ALSP for high-growth tech companies) and Dilicheck (a GenAI-enabled legal & operational readiness platform).

This is not a junior social media role.

We’re looking for someone who can execute, connect, and position — across channels, brands, and audiences.

You are a hands-on marketing operator who:

• Has managed LinkedIn, X, and other B2B social channels
• Can build and engage professional communities (founders, operators, investors)
• Understands brand awareness, not just content posting
• Has experience supporting proposals, presentations, and go-to-market materials
• Understands SEO, content discoverability, and GenAI positioning
• Is comfortable working fractionally and independently
