THE OPPORTUNITY
As Franchise Director, you will have end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of dealerships, overseeing performance, profitability, OEM alignment, and leadership capability across the cluster.
You'll act as the bridge between executive strategy and operational excellence, ensuring Digicars' vision is executed consistently on the ground while exceeding OEM expectations.
