About the Role
CLOUD Soft Treats is looking for a Franchise Manager who will play a key role in expanding the brand through franchise partnerships. This position focuses on assisting prospective franchisees, presenting the franchise business model, developing franchise documentation, and building the CLOUD Soft Treats brand book .
The Franchise Manager serves as the main point of contact for franchise inquiries—from initial interest to onboarding—ensuring that potential partners receive clear guidance, accurate information, and a strong understanding of the brand.
