We run on a franchise-first model, with 20 stores across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad and an active pipeline of new franchise openings. Every one of those stores carries the Amadora name — and a Franchise Manager is the person who makes sure each one lives up to it.
The Role
We're looking for a Franchise Manager to own the health and performance of our franchise network across three cities. This is a relationship-led, on-the-ground leadership role for someone who can be both a trusted partner to franchisees and a firm guardian of brand and operational standards.
