Franchise Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple franchise locations within a specific F&B brand. You will be responsible for consistently pro-actively implementing company policies and standard operational procedures across all franchise locations and maintaining our in-house F&B brand standards and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving the development and execution of a comprehensive F&B marketing strategy to elevate our in-house brands to the next level of growth, visibility, and market leadership.
• Developing and implementing standardized operational policies and procedures to ensure strict brand consistency and excellence across all outlets.
