Job Description
1) Establish Franchise Policies and Standards:
Develop nationwide unified franchise operation standards based on corporate strategy and market demand. Develop implementation plans for these standards, monitor the implementation process, collect feedback regularly, and continuously improve and iterate the standards.
2) Improve Franchise Transaction Processes:
Analyze the current status of franchise transaction processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities. Continuously iterate franchise processes to ensure smoothness and efficiency. Monitor process execution and adjust promptly to respond to market changes.
Research and analyze franchise practices in different regions, extract best practices, and continuously optimize franchise customer operation models and standards.
