Franchise Operations Analyst

WHY WE NEED YOU:

Generika Drugstore is actively looking for a Franchise Operations Analyst. You will is responsible in assisting the Franchisees of Generika Drugstores with regards to the various preparations before and during store opening, the management of sales, marketing, customer service and other important aspects of store operations and to ensure full compliance to Franchise Agreement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Coordinates with Franchise Operations Supervisor, Franchisees and/or his designated representative in formulating action plans to ensure that the stores attain or exceed their sales targets and reach high levels of profitability.

· Assists Franchisees during the early months of their operations to reach break-even points and target sales as early as possible

· Develops abilities of the franchisee, store supervisors and other store personnel to deliver effective customer service and store performance.
