Franchise Relations Officer

As a Franchise Relations Officer, you'll be responsible of the following:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between But First, Coffee and franchise partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships
• Support franchisees throughout the franchise lifecycle—from onboarding and store opening to ongoing operations and expansion
• Ensure franchise compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, and company policies
• Conduct performance check-ins, and operational audits to identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and solutions on operations, marketing execution, staffing, and customer experience
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain, finance) to address franchisee concerns efficiently
• Assist franchisees in interpreting sales reports, KPIs, and profitability metrics to drive performance
