Job Description

Marketing and sales of the Mont Albo Massage Hut franchise concept. 
Lead generation. 
Business set up and support. 
Franchisee relations and business communications. 
Management of franchise events. Represent the company in the Philippine Franchise Association. 
Management of franchise payables, receivables, requirements and mandatories. 
Franchise set-up and business development. 
Franchise support and audits. 
Franchise risk management. 
Report to the Founder and CEO. 
Other pertinent duties and responsibilities. 
Opportunity to travel. 
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. 
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee who specialized in marketing, sales, business development and management. 
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Passionate in having a career in the franchising business sector.
