The Trust team works to build trust and keep bad actors out of all sides of our marketplace: consumers, riders and partners. You will work within our fraud operations team to translate questions and hypotheses into structured analysis, help the business understand root cause of issues and highlight areas of improvement for our product and data science teams. For you to succeed in this role, you must have analytical & data presentation skills, focused on completion of task and be supportive of everyone on the team.
What you will be doing?
Work directly with business and tech and stakeholders to translate questions and hypotheses into structured analysis.
Effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership
Define, measure and track success metrics for changes to our fraud controls
