Job Overview
As the Fraud Risk Manager for PalmPay Philippines, you will be the tactical commander responsible for safeguarding our 3C/Smartphone financing business against sophisticated fraud vectors. This is NOT an academic or theoretical role. We are looking for a field‑hardened, data‑driven practitioner who can balance sharp operational metrics with gritty, boots‑on‑the‑ground fraud investigations. You will directly manage three frontline defense units to combat organized loan syndicates, merchant/promoter collusions, and identity theft across our retail footprint in the Philippines.
