Our client is a global defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a solicitor/CILEX to join their highly-regarded fraud departments in either Manchester or Liverpool. The role has a high level of hybrid flexibility and apetitive salary. There is a retrain opportunity for solicitors with a background in defendant personal injury and a strong interest in insurance fraud work.

Your new role
This fraud role will see you responsible for:

Handing your own caseload of fraudulent claims including motor, EL/PL and organised fraud rings.

Leading high-value,plex fraud claims.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of large insurer clients.

Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.

Partaking in business development opportunities to help grow the reputation of the department.

Undertaking litigation, advocacy and trial preparation.
