FRC Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Handle calls at Fault Reporting
• Centre for customer complaints
• Assign jobs to on-site technical team and work with them to resolve issues
• Prioritize jobs and escalate to higher management / client in an appropriate manner
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems and other alarm monitoring systems
• Provide regular updates and reports to higher management / customers / end-users
• Part of on-site response team for high priority jobs and emergency cases

Job Requirements

• NITEC /Higher NITEC/Professional Certificate in Electrical / Aircon / Mechanical Services
• Customer oriented
• Good in PC Skills
• Able to work in rotating shift environment (a must) and thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
