:Summary:The Freedom Media Innovation Lab Assistant will support participants' onboarding, including tracking confirmations, collecting materials, and coordinating logistics (travel, tech access, accessibility needs).Essential Functions:Assist with program communications, including drafting emails, reminders, and session materials.
Coordinate logistics for hybrid sessions (Zoom setup, in-room support, materials preparation, attendance tracking).
Help manage application data, participant records, and program documentation.
Conduct light research on speakers, mentors, and media innovation trends as needed.
Assist in preparing program materials (slides, templates, resource guides, and evaluation forms).
Provide real-time support during Thursday evening sessions (July 2, 9, 16, 23).
