Freelance Ads Consultant

We are urgently looking for a Freelance Ads Consultant (local-based) (with a stronger focus on Google Ads) to act as a performance marketing consultant. Someone who can audit our current setup, identify wins, and guide our team on strategy/structure and optimization to improve qualified leads and cost efficiency.

What you'll do:

• Review and diagnose current Google and Meta Ads accounts (campaign structure, targeting, tracking)
• Provide a clear optimization plan with priorities, testing roadmap, troubleshooting
• Advise on budget allocation to improve CPL and lead quality
• Join recurring check-ins to review results, recommend next actions (action plan)

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads for lead generation (please share case studies, or prove that your client is highly searchable on Google in their competitive market).
